Here's the deal: we collect data to help you get licensed. Nothing more, nothing less. This policy tells you exactly what we do with your information.
What We Collect
When you request a consultation or apply for a license through our platform, we collect:
- Contact details (name, email, phone)
- Company information (business name, registration number, jurisdiction)
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, device info)
- Documents you upload for licensing applications
We don't collect anything we don't need. Your credit card details? Those go straight to our payment processor. We never see them.
How We Use Your Data
Your information helps us:
- Process your licensing applications with regulatory authorities
- Communicate updates about your application status
- Send compliance alerts relevant to your jurisdictions
- Improve our platform based on usage patterns
We don't sell your data. Period. We're not in the ad business - we're in the licensing business.
Who Sees Your Information
Three groups get access:
- Our team - Only staff directly working on your application
- Licensing authorities - The regulators you're applying to (obviously)
- Service providers - Cloud hosting, email systems, payment processors (all under strict NDAs)
That's it. No "partners", no "affiliates", no marketing lists.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 for stored data, TLS 1.3 for transmission). Our servers are in EU-compliant data centers with 24/7 monitoring.
Can we guarantee 100% security? No one can. But we follow the same protocols banks use.
Your Rights
You control your data:
- Access: Request a copy of everything we have on you
- Correction: Update inaccurate information anytime
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your data (with exceptions for legal compliance)
- Portability: Get your data in a machine-readable format
Email [email protected] for any of these requests. We respond within 72 hours.
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies (login sessions, application progress) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics with IP anonymization). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser - the platform still works.
Data Retention
Active applications: We keep your data as long as you're working with us, plus 7 years for regulatory compliance (standard gaming industry requirement).
Declined applications: Deleted after 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
International Transfers
If you're in the EU, your data stays in EU servers. For clients in other jurisdictions, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by relevant data protection authorities.
Changes to This Policy
We'll email you 30 days before any material changes. Keep using our services after that = you accept the updates.
